Having a Personal Meal Service business for over 2 years, being the Head Chef at an extremely popular Vegan Cafe and going to The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts School in Vancouver, BC has given me a wealth of knowledge & experience I utilize on a daily basis when creating my meals and signature dishes. You may be asking yourself what makes my cooking different?
Number one is understanding that everything is made from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients (right down to the home made – made from scratch spices and sauces I use).
Your job? You get to talk, eat, laugh, mingle and have fun while I use my years of cooking experience to make your event a hit .
Cooking healthy, nutritious, wholesome meals is my speciality, which you will enjoy without the guilt associated with unhealty takeout food.
My motto: No substitutes, no slacking, if I can’t make it for my family and friends, I won’t make it for you.
I have years of experience cooking authentic Pakistani/Indian dishes. I also have extensive knowledge in cooking Italian, Chinese, Thai and Vegetarian meals. I make all my spices & condiments from scratch (organic yogurt, mayo, chutneys, etc). I love adding aromatic flavours while leaving the heat to your discretion. If you want bland food then I am probably not the best fit for you (although I will grudgingly make it for you ;).
