9
  • Browse what is near you

A list or a map of the kitchens around you, sorted by how close they are.

  • Search food or kitchens

Look for a dish or for a cook by name. Two searches, because they are two questions.

  • Filter the way you eat

Kind of cook, cuisine, dietary needs, and allergens to avoid.

  • A real store page

The full menu, the opening hours, the story behind the kitchen and its reviews.

  • Reviews with photos

Ratings on the kitchen and on the dish, written by people who ordered it.

  • Save the ones you like

Heart a kitchen and it stays one tap away, on your phone and on the website.

  • Batches and pre-orders

Claim a portion of something a neighbour is cooking before the window closes.

  • Subscribe and save

Set up a weekly or monthly order once and let it run.

  • Order for later

Pick a day and a time instead of ordering for right now.

Getting your food

Three ways it reaches you, and what you can see on the way.

5
  • Pickup, delivery or a table

Collect it yourself, have it brought over, or sit down and eat at the kitchen.

  • Watch it come to you

A live map, the driver on their way, and a message when it is at the door.

  • Say how to hand it over

At the door, in your hands, or with the neighbour, with a photo when it is left.

  • Talk to the kitchen

Ask a question on the order itself, and hear back from the cook, not a call centre.

  • Book a seat to eat in

Kitchens that seat people publish their times and you reserve one.

Money

What is charged, what is never charged, and where it goes.

6
  • No commission, at all

Not a reduced rate and not a launch offer. Feedhood takes nothing from a sale.

  • No fees added at checkout

No service fee, no small-order fee, no busy-time pricing, no menu markup.

  • Every line explained

What the cook receives, what the driver receives and what a card costs, before you pay.

  • Tip afterwards, if you want

Add something for the cook or the driver once the food has arrived.

  • Donations keep it free

Chip in at checkout, or skip it. That is the whole business model.

  • Payouts you can follow

Receipts for every payout, with the card processor’s own fee shown separately.

Trust and support

What we check, what we label, and what happens when something goes wrong.

6
  • Know who is cooking

Each kitchen shows what it has told us and what we have actually checked, never mixed up.

  • Allergens and diets, labelled

Dishes carry their dietary tags and allergens, and you can filter the ones you avoid.

  • Reviews that go both ways

Buyers rate kitchens and drivers; kitchens rate drivers. Nobody is rated in secret.

  • If something goes wrong

Report it on the order and settle it privately first. We step in after a day if it is not sorted.

  • Real support tickets

Write to a person, attach a photo, and keep the whole thread in one place.

  • Your account is yours

Change the email you sign in with, and close your account yourself. No email to anyone to ask.

All of it, on the free account.

There is no upgrade, no trial that ends and nothing held back for a paid tier. Open a store and every tool on this page is already switched on.

The Feedhood difference

Keep 100% of every sale.

Three real examples: food, delivery and tickets. See what you pay and who receives what.

One purchase. Everyone wins.

Customers pay less. Sellers pay less. Drivers earn more.

Feedhood’s promise

No cut of the food price. No cut of the delivery fee. No cut of the tip. No cut of a ticket.

How these numbers are worked out

Illustrative examples based on the big platforms’ published rates as of August 2026. Food: commission tiers of 15-30% (this uses 25%), consumer service fees of about 10-15% (this uses 15%), and marketplace menu prices typically 15-20% above in-store (this uses 15%, the low end). Delivery: the buyer pays the same $3.99 plus $1.20 a km on both sides, so the comparison is about who is paid and not the distance, but that fee is the platform’s revenue on their side and the courier’s pay on ours. Courier pay on the big apps is quoted per offer rather than published; about $2.99 plus 50¢ a km is the top of the range commonly reported, the most generous figure to them. Tickets: buyer service fees of 10-25% of the ticket and a flat facility or order charge are typical (this uses 15% and $3, the low end); what a platform charges the organizer varies by contract, so 20% is an assumption, not a published rate. Their fees vary by city, event, order and time of day.

Feedhood’s commission is 0%. We take nothing from a sale, a delivery or a tip. The only deduction from a payout is the card processor’s own fee (about 2.9% + 30¢), which goes to the card networks, exactly as it would if you paid the cook in their own shop. Feedhood never touches it.

*Revenue figures are before payment-processing fees and other deductions. They are not profit. Tax, tips and optional donations are outside the totals. Rates as published in August 2026.
