What catches people out
The web console is a dashboard and a document upload. Offers, navigation and proof of delivery are app-only, because all three need a phone that is with you.
Kitchens keep a bench of drivers they have worked with. Finish deliveries well for the same kitchens and you stop competing for broadcast offers.
