What catches people out
Re-upload a renewed document and you can keep driving for a set number of hours while we check it, rather than stopping the moment the old one lapses. If our review runs past that window, deliveries pause until we get to it — there is nothing more for you to upload.
Your earnings, history and profile are untouched. Upload a current copy and offers resume.
It is reviewed like one, because buyers see it at their door. A clear, recent photo of your face — not a logo, not sunglasses.
