What catches people out
Undercutting is not always the win it looks like
Kitchens see your rating, your distance and your history with them on the same row as your price. A known driver at a fair rate is picked over a stranger at a cheap one most of the time.
Ratings from kitchens are read by other kitchens
Both sides rate each other after a delivery. Kitchens see each other’s ratings when they are choosing from the list, which is what makes the bench worth building.
