What catches people out
Kitchens see your rating, your distance and your history with them on the same row as your price. A known driver at a fair rate is picked over a stranger at a cheap one most of the time.
Both sides rate each other after a delivery. Kitchens see each other’s ratings when they are choosing from the list, which is what makes the bench worth building.
