What catches people out
The photo is enforced, not requested
For "leave at my door" the complete button does not work until a photo exists. Discovering that at the doorstep in the rain is exactly the situation the warning on the card is there to prevent.
Message rather than ring twice
The chat on the delivery reaches the buyer directly, and it is on the record if anything is disputed later. A phone call is not.
