Staying safe on Feedhood
Feedhood puts strangers in contact over food, and sometimes in each other’s homes. Some of that risk is handled by the platform, some of it is handled by information we make you show, and some of it is ordinary judgement that no software replaces.

Worth knowing

What catches people out
For dine-in you see the neighbourhood, and the exact address once the host confirms. This is not adjustable. It is the thing that makes hosting from home reasonable for the host.
Declining costs nothing and counts for nothing. If an address, a time or a situation feels wrong, do not take it, and tell us about it.
It is off by default, and you can trade on delivery alone without it ever being public. Turn it on only if you want people coming to collect.
We check documents and we make cooks show their kitchen and answer for their allergens. We do not inspect premises, and we do not pretend to. Read the profile before you order.
