Feedhood asks for as little as it can get away with, and asks different things of different people. This is the whole list. Everything here is stored privately and can only be opened by the review team.

What catches people out
A feeder waiting on a food safety certificate keeps selling the whole time. The badge is a bonus. The one thing a pending document does block is dine-in for a home kitchen, because that is a stranger coming into a home.
You cannot go online until the documents that apply to you are approved. There is no provisional mode for a first approval — only for a renewal of something already approved.
The whole document, flat, in good light, with the name and the expiry date readable. That clears the large majority of them on the second try.
