When something goes wrong

Almost everything is solved fastest by the person who cooked your food, so that is the first step and not a brush-off. If you and the kitchen cannot agree, Feedhood steps in and rules on evidence the platform already holds.

What catches people out

"Private" means we do not act, not that we cannot see

Feedhood can read a dispute thread from the start — an operator who is blind to their own platform cannot answer a safety report. What the window buys is 24 hours where we do not intervene.

Cancelling is only possible before the kitchen accepts

Once cooking has started, cancelling wastes food somebody has paid for in ingredients. Message them — most cooks are reasonable, and Feedhood will step in if they are not.

A never-arrived delivery is worth reporting immediately

The GPS trail and the handover photo are strongest while the delivery is fresh. Do not wait to see if it turns up tomorrow.
