Delivery, pickup or dine-in

Every kitchen offers at least one of these, and most offer two. The choice changes the price, the timing, and whether anyone comes to your door — so it is the first thing checkout asks.

What catches people out

Delivery is one choice, not a menu of couriers

You pick "Delivery" and Feedhood works out who carries it — the kitchen’s own delivery or a driver from the Feedhood pool — after you have paid. The fee you were quoted does not change afterwards.

The delivery fee is not ours

It goes to whoever does the driving, in full, along with any tip. Feedhood takes no part of either.

Sometimes there is nobody to deliver

If no driver is near the kitchen, checkout says so plainly and offers you pickup instead. Ordering anyway is allowed: if nobody is found you are told before the food is made and refunded in full.
