Reviews and tips

After an order lands you can rate two different things and tip two different people. They are kept apart on purpose: a cold delivery is not the cook’s fault, and a bad dish is not the driver’s.

What catches people out

A new kitchen with no reviews is not a bad kitchen

It is a new one. Most kitchens run a grand-opening offer precisely to get past this — you are often getting the best price they will ever offer.

You can change a rating, and they cannot

Cooks and drivers can see what was said about them but never edit it. If you were unfair in a bad moment, you are the one who can fix it.
