Follow your order

Every order has a page that updates itself. It shows where the order is in the kitchen’s process, a live map once a driver has it, and a chat thread that reaches the person who cooked your food.

What catches people out

No map on pickup or dine-in orders

Nothing is moving, so there is nothing to draw. You get "ready for collection" instead, and the address and hours are on the order.

The arrival time is an estimate, and it moves

It is recalculated from where the driver actually is. A kitchen that is busier than expected shifts it too — the timeline is the honest version.
