Feedhood has four separate discounts and they behave differently. Two you type in, one you earn, and one applies itself. Knowing which is which saves a support message.

What catches people out
You get whichever is worth more, never both. Nothing is lost. The better one is applied for you.
When you spend invite credit the cook is still paid in full; Feedhood covers it. A promo code or a grand-opening offer comes off what the kitchen receives, which is why they choose the terms.
A loyalty coupon from one cook does not work at another. The kitchen’s name is on the coupon.
