Some cooks make one big batch of one dish and sell portions of it against a single collection window. You reserve a portion in advance, which is what lets them shop for exactly the right amount of ingredients.

What catches people out
Nobody can order after it, because the number at that moment is exactly what the cook makes. Late is late — but batches usually run weekly.
Cancelling marks it cancelled for everyone; the money comes back per order. If a batch you paid for is cancelled and nothing arrives, contact us and we will chase it.
