Add your team
A kitchen is not one login. Invite the people who work with you, give each a role, and they sign in with their own account and see only what that role needs. You stay the owner and the only one who can change payouts.

What catches people out
Never share your own login. Each person has their own, so the activity log can say who did what, and removing one person never locks anybody else out.
Payouts, bank details and billing stay with the owner, whatever role somebody else holds.
