Get paid
Payouts run through Stripe. You complete their onboarding once, and after that each order is sent to your Stripe account once it is finished, and reaches your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Feedhood takes no cut and never sees your bank details.

Worth knowing
- Feedhood commission
- 0%
- On food, on delivery you do yourself, and on tips.
- Card processing
- Stripe's fee
- Charged by Stripe and shown per order. It is not a Feedhood fee, and Feedhood never pays it for anyone — it comes out of the money it was charged on.
- Tips
- 100% yours
- When an order is paid out
- A day after hand-over
- Pickup, dine-in and orders you deliver yourself are paid 24 hours after you mark them handed over — the window a buyer has to report a problem. An order a Feedhood courier delivers is paid as soon as it lands.
What catches people out
If a buyer reports a problem with an order, its payout waits until the two of you — or Feedhood — have resolved it. A refund agreed before the payout simply comes off it; nothing is clawed back from your bank. Every other order keeps paying as normal.
If Stripe still needs something from you, buyers cannot check out from your store — the money would have nowhere to go. Your dashboard shows a warning with the fix.
You choose whether to collect sales tax and at what rate. When you do, buyers see a Tax line and it is paid out to you in full to remit. Feedhood is not a tax authority and does not remit anything for you.
We cap it at the highest rate we can verify for your address, which stops a typo becoming an overcharge. If your real rate is genuinely higher, contact us and we will correct it.
