Discounts, promo codes and loyalty

You have three ways to discount, and picking the wrong one is the usual mistake. A sale price is public and immediate. A promo code is private and typed. A loyalty reward is earned over several orders.

It comes off what you receive, exactly like a sale price. Feedhood still takes 0%.

Best one wins
A promo code and a grand-opening offer never combine — the buyer gets whichever is worth more.

What catches people out

Deleting a used code does not delete it

Codes with redemptions are marked inactive instead, so past order history stays honest. Unused codes are removed properly.

Deleting a loyalty reward does not cancel issued coupons

People stop earning new ones; coupons already in somebody’s Rewards keep working. They were earned.
