How buyers get your food
You decide which of pickup, delivery and dine-in your kitchen offers. For delivery there are two ways it happens: you take it yourself, or a driver does. You can offer both, and you decide how that driver is found.

What catches people out
At checkout a buyer can take the fastest available driver or pick one near you and see the price. If they ask for your own drivers, your preferred ones are asked first. Blocked drivers are never asked.
If you deliver, it is yours. If a driver delivers, it is theirs, along with the tip. There is no version of this where we take a cut.
Some areas set a ceiling on delivery pricing to stop a fee becoming a hidden markup. If your rate is above it, checkout quietly reduces it rather than refusing the order.
